We love details

All our staff, from the manager to the service people, from the kitchen staff to the chefs, to the people working in the offices, for all of  them, details mean everything.

 A drop of newly squeezed oil: the best around. The sweetest Parma Ham, always sliced very fine. Every time with the same care, always the same thickness. The bread is prepared in our own Bakery in Via Malpighi in Milan, and delivered each morning to all our restaurants. Our homemade desserts, always inventing new recipes, that never spare a creative touch.

 Then our sandwich list, with more than 40 different choices, all coded one by one, like you would do in a patent office, for the most valuable inventions. On all our staff’s shirts, you will find a pin with a red heart and pulsing words on them. They are our motto, our true belief: I love details. It means that Panino Giusto is a world of dedication, and dedicated people: hands that each day dance, modeling, chopping, slicing, kneading, boiling and heating your unforgettable moments of pleasure.
