To get the best Italian pork haunches, the Tanara brothers of Langhirano, go through a lot of effort each time. But you can really taste the difference. This is why we chose them, craftsmen for generations, to cure the Parma ham that makes our sandwiches such a unique experience. Scarcely salted to preserve its sweetness. Then a 24 month ageing, breathing the air that comes from the sea and the cellar scents. Only at this point it becomes “our” Parma ham or as we call it, prosciutto crudo.
